EVANESCENCE Frontwoman Sued By Former Management Company
December 3, 2005According to TMZ.com, EVANESCENCE frontwoman Amy Lee is being sued by her former management company over alleged unpaid commissions.
Under the agreement, Rider Management was entitled to 20 percent of gross earnings. Lee gave Rider the boot and claims she has no obligation to pay the management company. Rider begs to differ and wants a minimum of $10 million.
EVANESCENCE's major-label debut, "Fallen", has sold 6.36 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
